5. Marmaris is a port city on the Mediterranean coast, located in southwest Turkey, in the Mugla Province. It is a major place for sailing with its two major and several smaller marinas. It is apopular wintering location for cruising boaters. There are plenty to do in Marmaris. Lots of beaches, bars and restaurants. Marmaris has a busy nightlife with street dance music.

10. Meteora is one of the largest complexes of Eastern Orthodox monasteries in Greece. The six monasteries are built on natural sandstone rock pillars. It used to have 20 different monastaries. Hermit Byzantine monks in the ninth century first inhbited these mountains to get away from the Turkish.
